Organic Growth and Acquisition Since 1981 our growth has been steady and constant. In 1994 we acquired Bowmed Limited ( Bowring Medical Engineering ) and became the manufacturer of the Series 5 vaporiser. In 1998 we purchased the Steriliser Services Division of Goldsworth Engineering Ltd , having been a principal distributor of the Instaclave range of bench top autoclaves since the early 1980's. We have a major ongoing investment program to develope and create new and sustainable products.

The service element of our activities will always remain central to our existence and indeed provides very valuable feedback for product design and improvement. Wherever possible we control the entire manufacturing process in-house from "raw metal" to finished product. Facilities include CNC machining and turning centres, stainless steel sheet metal working and fabrication, as well as Computer Added Design (CAD) in our drawing office.
