HOW EFFECTIVE IS YOUR PRE-STERILIZATION CLEANING PROCEDURE?

Hand scrubbing of soiled instruments is time consuming and sometimes ineffective.  It is difficult to cleanse inaccessible areas of instruments by mechanical or hand scrub procedures which can be hazardous, with the risk of injury and subsequent infection.

An autoclave is designed to sterilise instruments not to wash them.  If instruments are not thoroughly cleaned first, the efficiency of your sterilization process may be compromised.

Cleaning by ultrasonics is the only effective and safe way of removing contaminants from instruments.  Cleansing of even the most inaccessible areas is made possible.  Contamination which cannot even be seen is effectively and efficiently removed prior to sterilization.

The Ultrawave range of bench top baths covers sizes from 3 to 30 litres.  Tanks and outer cases are made from top quality stainless steel and proven solid state circuitry ensures reliable and long term service.  All baths are fitted with a 15 minute timer and thermostatically controlled heater for improved cleaning efficiency.


Accessories include electro - polished stainless steel baskets for instruments and stainless steel or ABS lids.
